Select a product

Select a product from the product list available on the shop page (the products are grouped by category) or use the search function of the shop pages to find a product that interests you. For more information about a product, click on the name or image of a product of your choice. On this page you will find the following:

  • at least a photo of the product

  • information about the product

  • the price of the product

Place an order

To place an order you must enter the number of products desired and click the Add to cart button. The product and quantity will then be added to your shopping cart.

The shopping cart is a part of our shop, where you can store the products you want to buy or keep track of. In the top right corner of the website you can see the number of products you added to your cart. When you view your shopping cart, you will see all the products you have already selected and the quantity for each product. It also shows the unit price of the product and the subtotal (the unit price multiplied by the quantity). None of these prices include transportation costs.

On the checkout page you must enter some information about yourself and your location/contact details. It is possible to select a different delivery address if it is a gift for someone else. After you have filled in all the fields, you can click on the Go to next step button.

On this page you will receive information about the shipping method and transport costs. At the top right you can see the total price (now including transport costs). To complete the order, enter your credit/debit card details and click Go to next step. .

As soon as you order something, we put together your box or ballotin to bring the freshest chocolates to you. We then pack them in a cardboard box and fill the empty spaces with air cushions or foam. Your package will be shipped on the same day with a postal service. We do not ship packages on Friday, Saturday or Sunday to ensure that your chocolate package does not sit in a warm van or room all weekend.

If the postal service guarantees us a delivery on Saturday, we will ship the package on Friday.

You can pay with your credit/debit card through a secure payment processor. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is made under the secure supervision of Ogone, which processes your data with the utmost care. You can find the payment in your bank account under the name 'The Online Company'. There are no additional costs for payments with a credit/debit card.

  1. These conditions apply to all orders. Each order constitutes an explicit acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

  2. The goods are shipped at the customer's expense and risk to the delivery address provided by the customer.

  3. If it is impossible to deliver the product, the agreement will be terminated by operation of law. The seller is obliged to inform the customer in writing before the delivery period has expired. In the event of partial delivery, each delivery will be considered as sold separately.

  4. The prices are valid from publication. After this they can change. Shipping costs are not included in the price.

  5. Given the perishable nature of our products and current hygiene regulations, the buyer expressly waives the right not to purchase the product. As a result, goods cannot be returned.

  6. Complaints or disputes must be submitted in writing and by registered letter within 7 days of delivery, under penalty of forfeiture. If the complaint is justified, our liability is limited to the replacement of the goods. Any liability of the seller is limited to the actual amount paid for the order.

  7. The seller is not liable for the advice he gives, for errors on the website or in the technical data of the manufacturer or courier company.

  8. Belgian law applies to these terms and conditions of sale and all disputes will be referred to the competent district court of Bruges.
